Introducing ESC 3.0 - WE ARE SO BACK!
This summer we went through an extensive rebuild of the park for the coming season, and we are hyped to see how skaters of all ages interact with the new design. Keep reading for an explanation of the remodel and more. 🛹❤️
We’ve got a new (massive) bank, rebuilt modular ramps and manual pad, extended the quarter pipe all the way to the wall, a brand new pyramid curb, and a restructured and insanely beefed up ledge. Add in general improvements to the space and it ended up being a serious overhaul and improvement, and a whole lot of work!
So many friends and community members came out to lend a hand, and this wouldn’t have been possible without everyone who contributed what they could. However, we would like to shoutout two absolute legends who really pulled this thing together.
The wisdom and expertise of Matt Boucher is truly the only reason this place looks and skates the way it does. He’s been building ramps and supporting the western mass skate scene for a very long time, and he put many an overtime hour to get this build right. An absolute shining light for ESC. 🙌
Next up is Note Comply who has quickly made an impact to the scene with his fine tuned carpentry skills and drive to make new, mobile obstacles for the people to skate. When you skate the new manny pad and see how perfect these new modular ramps are, you know who to thank. Keep an eye on the mobile mini ramps they’ve been making and buy one for yourself! 💪🔨
Stay tuned for updates, reach out for a private rental, join us for Saturday Youth Open Skates, or register for a summer program! We’re so happy to have our doors open again for our community and can’t wait to see you. 🫵
