Dear TILA Community,

It’s bittersweet to share that TILA Studios will be closing May 2026 as I embark on a new chapter, both personally and professionally. With my first child on the way, I’ll be taking maternity leave from January 31, 2025, through May 15, 2025—a moment I deeply look forward to, TILA Studios will be on hiatus during this time. Motherhood is a new journey, and alongside it, I’m excited to explore new professional directions and see where this next season leads.

As TILA transitions, we’re transforming our gallery space into affordable studio rentals for up to two local artists. It’s my hope that these artists will find inspiration here, just as many of you have. This change allows TILA to continue empowering artists in a tangible, sustainable way. I’m excited to see how they make the space their own.

We’ll also keep supporting our agency projects and will stay closely connected with our partners during this transition. Ensuring a smooth handoff is essential to me, and I’m committed to maintaining the quality and impact that TILA has always promised.

Finally, I’m pleased to share that all remaining funds will be distributed directly to artists in our community. This is my way of honoring our commitment to you all—artists who’ve been the heart of TILA from the very beginning. We will announce our grant cycle in Q4 of 2025.

Thank you for believing in TILA and in me. Here’s to new beginnings for us all.
