When: Saturday, November 16th at 2pm!
Where: Hannah Community Center, 189 Abbot Rd, East Lansing!

☆︎☆︎ Introducing our final dancer of the week, Showstopper Jenna! Jenna is a sophomore here at Michigan State University majoring in Marketing with minors in Dance, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Arts & Cultural Management🤍This is Jenna's second year on the team and she currently serves as the Social Media Director✨She is from Grand Rapids and grew up dancing at the studio, Dance Dimensions, for 15 years! For her senior year, she was a part of Dance Dimensions’ Novice competition team as well. Jenna’s favorite style of dance is tap🤍
Along with being a member of the Showstoppers, she is involved in other organizations on campus including Broad Student Senate and the Wharton Center Student Marketing Organization. Jenna, also, works at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts as a Marketing and Communications intern and a campus ambassador for Nordic Beach Apparel. ✨

Jenna is our team cheerleader. When you need your spirit lifted, Jenna meets you where you are and provides the support you need🤍We have no idea how she deals with our awful jokes and still manages to make us feel like we’re the funniest people in the world - she’s a saint for that!✨Jenna makes us feel comfortable showing up as our true selves by leading by example with her amazing facial expressions and storytelling in her dancing. We’re able to be expressive in musical theatre, emotional in lyrical, sassy in jazz and energetic in hip hop because Jenna shows up and shows out and pulls it out of us🤍 She’s an incredible leader, friend, and dancer and she is the perfect example of what a dancer of the week is!✨

☆︎☆︎ Introducing our next dancer of the week, Showstopper Valencia! Valencia is a freshman at Michigan State University from Minneapolis, Minnesota majoring in Kinesiology✨She danced at Studio A for seven years and on her high school dance team for 4 years. This is Valencia's first year on the Showstoppers🤍Her favorite styles of dance are jazz and contemporary. A fun fact about Valencia is that she was a gymnast until they told her she had to learn how to flip backwards ✨

Valencia is one of our most energetic and fun girls in the team! She always has the craziest or funniest stories for us during our highs and lows at practice✨Valencia can truly make us laugh all the time from the jokes she tells to the silly close up pictures she takes of us all. Valencia has crazy, amazing technique! From her toe touches to her control during leg holds and turns, she can really do it all🤍She is down to try any move in a dance and finds a way to absolutely kill it every single time. You can’t forget this girl’s incredible facials as well! She really has it all ✨

Bella is one of the most supportive people on the entire planet🤍She is a girl who is always by your side and will do anything for you. She is a true friend to everyone on the team and dwelt cares for us all✨Bella works so hard in everything she does from school to dance to everything in between. She puts her all in everything which is such an admirable trait🤍We are so lucky to have a dancer on our team who is not only a fantastic person but incredible dancer as well.
