Dance Team & Pom Prep class starts this September!

This class is geared toward middle or high schoolers wanting to prepare for dance team or just become a stronger dancer!

Train each week with former NBA Pistons Dancer Alex Houseman and work on the skills dance team coaches are looking for: kicks, turns, leaps, pom technique, flexibility, and performance.

No recitals. No competitions. Just a fun, focused class to help you build confidence, improve your technique, build fundamentals and be ready for dance team season!
