Established in the year 2006. Straight Up Blues Productions has planned and produced our fair share of private as well as public events. From our early grass roots approach of organizing small intimate private parties to organizing private Festivals with a population of over 600 Blues Fans in attandence. We were solicited to participate in several fund raisers to provide sound and run the stage t
he day of the events The year 2010 brought all the original members to a crossroads with the growth of events that we were doing, and wanting to share our blues shows with the public audience we decided to pursue the public market as Straight Up Blues Productions. Booking rooms and Bands and doing hall parties to get our name out there was a struggle. We now realized we lost our private party contacts to the public parties. The private festivals were a great starting point of what was to come. Our involvement with festival after parties is where we have developed a following. Our first after-party after going public was for The Hootenany, a huge Southern California rock-a-billy,and roots festival, we have been involved with The NAMM after parties, plenty of Benefits, and the prestigious Simi Valley Cajun and Blues Festival After parties. Delta Groove CEO Randy Chortkoff spearheaded our involvement with this festival for years 2012, and 2013. Straight Up Blues Productions was host to Europes #1 Blues Band B.B. And The Bluesshacks for their 2013 Southern California Tour. This year we will embark with hosting two tours with International Blues Talent, the return of B.B. And The Blues Shacks and from Brazil The HEADCUTTERS. From our small beginnings to where we have become, our passion for the blues is genuine. We work with the musicians and give the best experience, in any room we work, we provide quality sound and a nice experience for you the blues enthusiast. As a service we organize the entertainment side of your event by providing only the best talent, Pro Sound, we are capable of doing multiple events, P.A. Dee-jay entertainment from start to finish.
