Message from Sigil Hype:
I would like to give a special recognition to my incredible wife, Černá Dýně and all she has done for planning for the team and performing at Metalbug Music Fest. Without her none of this would be possible for Cyanide.
Černá made her bubbles for all the little ones in the audience along with balloon swords for them to have the time of their life. She absolutely shocked and amazed the crowds with her bed of nails (even doing her first stack) and did phenomenal piercings for Inkie's suspension. She also created my new stilt pants, which I'm extremely thankful for before the show.
Černá shows first hand how real and intense hooks are by piercing her own chest and connecting the hooks to a truck that weighs over 5000lbs and pulling it across the lot, not just once but TWICE with the bed of the truck full of people.
She even had a special surprise for everyone with fire bubbles! The entire festival went wild over her fire bubbles and had so much fun.
She truly has grown as a performer and shows the skills for what it takes. I am so proud of her and all of the work she put into everything that she does.

Now that I've gotten settled at home, I would like to give a huge shout out to our amazing Cyanide Team Members and their incredible performances at Metalbug Music Fest !

Inkie Wells was incredible for both Metalbug and the Pre-party event. From music, mental floss, and staples, all the way to hook suspension she absolutely nailed it! I'm so proud of everything she's accomplished. She's now officially the second person to go up by a single hook on the team! Make sure to check out Inkie and the Lous!

Massive thank you to Anthony Bello of Dead Lens Productions for coming from NY, capturing all the performances, and getting some awesome shots of the bands!

Sigil Hype showed some serious skills off this weekend. Stilt walking, rolla-bolla, balloon swallow, fire dart, and so much more! He has come so far with his performance and I'm incredibly grateful for him.

Cyko Phor is always a big hit with all ages, and I knew his squeaks were absolutely necessary for Metalbug! He amazed audience members with his human blockhead and pincushion abilities!

Last, but definitely not least, is our newest team member Ashryx Embers. He mesmerized audience members throughout his fire performance by breathing massive flames and having complete control with his dragon staff. It was truly an incredible performance!

Huge shout out to Metalbug Music Fest, Straight Jackets Venue, and New Evolution Promotions for having us back for Metalbug 2026! We had an amazing time with everyone and can't wait to be back!

Y'all absolutely killed it and every set was incredible! We enjoyed every second!

To all the incredible guests in the crowd:
Y'all are the reason why we do what we do and the Shreveport crowd never disappoints!
