If you've been following along over the past several months, you've probably noticed that we've been busy.
From bringing The Manor to life as a short-term rental, expanding the town of Los Trece, and making improvements across the property, we've poured countless hours into continuing to build something special here at The Black Iron Reserve.
The truth is... inspiration, creativity, and a healthy dose of sheer stubbornness have a way of pushing us toward bigger ideas. And we're excited to say that the next chapter for Black Iron is already taking shape.
Over the coming months, you'll begin seeing some exciting changes around the property as we start work on the next phase of improvements.
With construction getting underway, we'll be making a few adjustments to our operations so we can focus our time and resources where they're matter most.
Starting today, The Cantina and our regular Sunday public events will be taking a break while we begin remodeling and preparing for what's next.
While we're sad to press pause on Sundays, we're incredibly thankful for everyone who came out to support us, shared a drink, played bingo or karaoke, listened to live music, and helped us begin building a new community around Black Iron.
The good news? It's business as usual for the rest of the property.
✔️ The Town of Los Trece remains open for weddings, private events, and venue reservations.
✔️ The Manor will continue welcoming short-term rental guests.
✔️ The Willows RV Park will continue operating as normal for both our long-term residents and overnight travelers.
✔️ Public pool passes will still be offered on select dates throughout the season, depending on The Manor's booking schedule. We'll announce those dates as they become available.
We can't quite share everything we're working on just yet—but we promise it'll be worth the wait.
