Anomaly Sculptures Hello, my name is Michelle Anomaly and I’m a glass and metal sculptor from Little Prairie, Wisconsin. I really grew to love working with metal during that time.

I first started designing 3 dimensionally when I was child using fabric as a medium. Growing up, my father was a welder, and other family members worked with metal as well. I think I was around 13 years old the first time I tried welding. I didn’t weld much though until I was going to college and working part time as a welder for my dad’s welding business. It was like sewing… but with fire! Later

in life I took a class on stained glass and it wasn’t long before I started combining the two mediums. My first piece in this style was an 8 x 4 foot outdoor sculpture titled Eye in the Sky. This became my favorite way of sculpting, but occasionally I will use other mediums such as clay or plexiglass. I love learning and experimenting with new ways of doing things. I always look forward to seeing what my next sculpture will be! Like and follow and I promise to try to make it interesting for you!

Friends and family! I have an announcement and a prayer request! February 3 & 4is only a weekend away, and I am to be in my very first art show! I hope you can come and see it! I have so very much to get done before next weekend to prepare! Unfortunately I have been so sick I can hardly get out of bed. I haven’t been able to do my regular job let alone work on my art. Please say a prayer that by some miracle I am able to get everything done and ready for the show! And if you have nothing to do that weekend please consider stopping by!

I’m excited to share that UWM’s Curb Magaizine did an article on my artwork!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Michelle Anomaly, a Wisconsin-based artist and the owner of Anomaly Sculptures, found herself frustrated with the forced disconnect between people. As a way of working through her emotions, Anomaly searched for a way to express them through art.
