I’m so excited to officially welcome you to Vitality Physical Therapy, Eagle River’s newest physical therapy clinic!
As a physical therapist, my goal has always been simple: to provide individualized, one-on-one care that helps people return to the activities, hobbies, sports, and everyday moments that matter most.
At Vitality Physical Therapy, I provide treatment for:

✔️ Post-operative rehabilitation
✔️ Sports injuries and injury prevention
✔️ Vestibular rehabilitation and vertigo
✔️ Pelvic health and women’s health
✔️ Balance and gait training
My philosophy is that physical therapy should never feel rushed or impersonal. Every visit is dedicated entirely to you, your goals, and your recovery.
For the next couple of weeks, appointments will be available on a cash-pay basis while insurance credentialing is being finalized. I’m excited to share that I expect to be credentialed with Medicare within the next two weeks, with additional insurance participation to follow.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, struggling with dizziness, hoping to avoid an injury, or simply trying to get back to doing what you love, I’m here to help.
