I've been messing around with screenprinting. Thinking I might combine block and screen printing somehow. Don't know yet. I still have things to test out. At least I got the screenprinting part kinda down.

This process has been both stressful and exciting, as I get things in my studio in order and get the process down. Yall hot any tips or advice, id like to hear them.

This weekend at at Printexpo was amazing. It was my first time participating and it did not disappoint. Big shout out to Cathy and Ben who organized this great opportunity for printmakers, and to all the volunteers who helped along the way.

I didn't know what to expect. I went in a bit intimidated, but came back home motivated. Everyone I met was welcoming and more than willing to share their insights into printmaking. Ima try to level up and make it over again next year.

Thank you Austim, Tx, PrintAustin, and thank you to all the printmakers, artist and art educators I got to speak with this weekend. Y'all made this small bordertown artist feel seen.
