Are you organized, dependable, and ready to lead a growing team? We’re looking for an Operations Lead to help oversee daily operations and ensure every event runs smoothly.

🔥 Operations Lead — Starting at $30/hour

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead delivery and setup crews
✅ Coordinate daily routes and schedules
✅ Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and event-ready
✅ Train and support team members
✅ Maintain high standards for customer service
✅ Troubleshoot issues and solve problems in the field
✅ Help grow and improve business operations

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and make decisions
✔ Excellent organization and time-management skills
✔ Reliable, punctual, and accountable
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to perform physical work and assist with loading, unloading, and moving inflatables

Job Requirements

💪 Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and assist with inflatable setups
🚚 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
📱 Comfortable using phones/apps for scheduling and communication
📅 Availability on weekends is required
