Before Your Appointment:
• Please arrive on time and sober (reach out if your plans change).
• Bring a valid photo ID — you must be 18 or older.
• You must have stable income or employment.
• Come with clean skin (no lotion, no sunburn).
• All work is done in a clean, sterile environment for your safety.

Client Health Disclosure:

Please notify me before your appointment if you have any of the following:
• Bloodborne diseases (Hepatitis, HIV, etc.)
• Skin conditions or open wounds near the tattoo area
• Allergies (especially to latex, metals, or tattoo ink)
• Diabetes, hemophilia, epilepsy, or other medical conditions
• Pregnancy, nursing, or use of blood-thinning medication

Your safety and mine is a non-negotiable priority. All information is confidential.

During Your Tattoo:
• I use sterile, single-use needles and professional-grade ink.
• You will receive an extra piece of second skin to replace if there is any plasma.
• Breaks are allowed — just let me know.
• No outside food, drinks, or guests unless approved.
• Disruptive behavior or intoxication will end the session immediately.

I reserve the right to refuse service if needed.

• Follow your aftercare instructions carefully — I am not responsible for any complications after the session.
• Keep your tattoo clean and moisturized.
• Do not scratch, peel, or expose it to the sun while healing.
• If you notice unusual redness, swelling, or other concerns, see a healthcare provider.
