What a wonderful two weeks with our Dance Discovery Program in Hingham and our Summer Dance Program in Duxbury.

Our young dancers explored ballet, lyrical, hip hop, creative movement, music for dancers and musical theatre while building confidence, developing new skills, and, most importantly, enjoying the experience of learning together.

Thank you to our families for being part of such a successful summer.

Dancing Through Life ✨

Mother Nature certainly gave us a challenge, with powerful winds and torrential rain, resulting in a power outage as we were preparing for our 12 pm performance! But as every performer knows, the show must go on.

We quickly pivoted and transformed the school cafeteria into a stage. Our dancers rose to the occasion with incredible poise, flexibility, and joy, delivering a beautiful performance despite the unexpected circumstances.

A heartfelt thank you to our extraordinary faculty, staff, and parent volunteers whose calm teamwork and dedication made the impossible possible.

By the second show, the power was restored, the theatre doors reopened, and our dancers took the stage for a wonderful performance that celebrated all of their hard work and artistry.

To every dancer who performed with courage, every family who supported us, and every volunteer who stepped up when we needed you most, thank you. Yesterday was a reminder that dance teaches so much more than steps. It teaches resilience, adaptability, community, and heart.

And that is truly what Dancing Through Life is all about. 💫

It was such a pleasure having you with us this semester and hearing your valuable insight into the work that happens behind the scenes in a dance program and studio environment.
