This afternoon we kicked off a recording project for some Cedarcrest students. One of them composed a piece and somehow got a bunch of his classmates to give up some of the last days of their school year to come in and record it. This is seriously cool stuff.

I don't get the opportunity to play my instruments much since switching from performing to recording so it was pretty cool to be able to pull out my alto, tenor, flute, trumpet and trombone for the middle section of a Polydendron song.

I really do enjoy helping clients with their home studios. Audio Interfaces, keyboards, Windows Drivers, DAWs. It's what I've been immersed in the last 26 years, so it's easy for me. It's nice to be able to share some of that knowledge and help artists to create their music. Yesterday was all that.
