Hello all,

I hope everyone is keeping safe, healthy & happy in these trying times.
I have been made aware of the video/tiktok that has been posted on social media.
I, nor any other members (outside of those in the video), were aware of the video prior to its posting.

In times like these, we are all looking for creative ways to be revived of “cabin fever”/boredom and release some stress.
I also understand that we all love what we do and miss each other.

The video was created in “love”-True Love- and the collectivity of great and beautiful minds, so I understood the intent.

My only qualm is that the idea was not presented to the organization as a whole before being released. (O, and the liquor bottle 🥃 🙅🏾‍♂️)

That tiktok video is not a full representation EVALESCO Models. as it stood.
We must be reminded that the semester EVALESCO models ended, members in our organization was not giving their all to uphold the motto and guidelines set before them.

We must never forget that EVALESCO models. is a modeling organization that will always be known for professionalism, individualism, & COLLECTIVITY.

So to be clear, I am not approving any further videos/tiktok/social media representation of the EVALESCO models. from here forth.

However, I am looking forward to working with all of my beautiful and creative minds to reunite in year 2024 for a 20th year reunion and even a full production/show in Durham, NC.
If that sounds like something you would be interested in and/or organizing-please let me know in the comments below.

I value you all for your time, love and commitment to Em through the years.
You all are appreciated more than you could ever know.

Hello my peacocks & peahens,

I don’t post much here but I did want to share something with you all.
I don't remember if I told you all but I was assisting the wardrobe department for this movie last fall, well........

It is a Martin Scorsese produced movie called “Port Authority” about the underground black Gay Kiki ballroom scene in NY. I assisted the head wardrobe stylist and the movie just premiered at Cannes Film Festival in French Rivera, Cannes France today!! 🎥🎞👗
The costume designer I assisted is the first black designer to have a feature film at Cannes!!
I’m going to the U.S. premiere, hopefully styled by our very own Franklin Lamar McKoy !!
I am low key apart of film history lol

Just remember it’s never too late to do what you love while changing the world.
