The Iranian Association of New Hampshire invites you to join us for a special Yalda Night celebration on Thursday, December 21st, at Memorial union Building at UNH from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Yalda Night, also known as Shab-e Yalda, marks the longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and is celebrated with joy, warmth, and togetherness. It holds great cultural significance in Persian tradition, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness.
We are going to have Persian food and refreshments, cultural performances including poetry recitation and casual socializing and dance night.
This event provides a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate diversity, and share in the rich cultural heritage of Iran. We would be honored to have you join us for this festive occasion.
