Its been a frenzy of activity since November and I am looking forward to figuring out when and were to take the show this year. Durham? Certainly. Tampa Fl area? Working on it. Other areas? Who knows.

Hello kind folks who have liked The Santa Class page. It is my intention to post a lot of information about the show, interesting background things about the show and old photos... etc.

I still intend to do it but my schedule has been insane since the beginning of the year. Right now I'm in rehearsal for The NC Theater production of Billy Elliot. I play George, the boxing instructor and leader of the miners. So many of the cast (its an Equity house by the way) have done the show before in national tour productions and at other theaters, and I am one of the few starting from scratch for the condensed 2 week rehearsal period. Heck, I didn't even know the music! Its one of the shows I amazingly do not have the original cast cd of. How I got the role? Long story. I'm taking a break now from memorizing to write this.

Anyway, just wanted you to know that after the show I will be occasionally putting out interesting stuff. If you have any questions about the show, me, or life... just post it and I'll get to it asap. David

Finally got the show on FACEBOOK.... with help... and now its time to spread the word for the 2015 season. I did performances this year in Newark OH, Manassas VA, Durham NC and Marion NC. Unfortunately the Hamilton Ontario performances had to be postponed until 2015 (hopefully Buffalo won't be socked in by 4-6 feet of snow next year.) Fund raising performances helped Habitat for Humanity and the Durham Arts Council Emerging Artist Grants.
