Join us for Cardio Tennis, a high-energy, 60-minute group fitness session that combines tennis drills with fast-paced cardio exercise set to music. Designed to keep players moving and engaged, this program features continuous, high-volume hitting to maintain heart rates in the target zone - helping burn calories, improve footwork, and boost overall tennis fitness. The focus is on movement and intensity in a non-instructional setting, making it fun and accessible for all levels! Classes start Monday, August 31st, and run every Monday from 5-6pm. Whether your child is picking up a racquet for the very first time or looking to sharpen their game, we have a clinic just for them!

Week 3 of Tennis Camp is wrapping up, and our campers have had an awesome time learning the fundamentals of tennis! They practiced forehands, backhands, serves, and volleys all while building confidence and having fun with friends!

Wow, what a transformation!

Tennis Camp kicked off their first full week on the newly-resurfaced courts, and we couldn't be more excited about how they look and play!

With 8 weeks of camp still to go, there’s plenty of time to join in the fun with Coach Gonzo and rest of the Woodcroft Tennis Crew. Campers enjoy a great mix of tennis instruction, games, and cooling off in the pool after a morning on the courts.

Register today for Woodcroft Club's High School Tennis Academy! Camp runs June 22-26 & July 13-17 - register for a full week, or for individual days by visiting bit.ly/wctennisacademy!

Designed for athletes who want to improve their game and become more competitive in high school matches and USTA tournaments, students will work on stroke technique, serve and return, point construction, match strategy, and singles and doubles play. Each session includes drills, live-ball games, point play, and match situations designed help players improve their consistency, movement, court awareness, and decision-making.
