The weather was finally warm enough for me to knock out this piece for the folks of and I’m so thankful for their trust on this piece! Inspired by psychedelic posters from 70s-90s, I created this temple entrance to their Mecca of music! Really happy with how everything turned out and how the piece changes with the garage door open from a piece of art to the grand entrance!

I realized I’m being a little too safe with my sketchbook so I wanted to play around with doing an old marker and colored pencil rendering style I did many many years ago but mixing it with my ink style I’m known for. It was a fun piece and I look forward to experimenting more in the future. This fusion may one day be seen on a mural.

I got the opportunity to do an illustrated poster for Heineken celebrating their new Silver line through a party in the Charlotte area. Overall happy with how it turned out.

32 huh? Birthdays are weird.

When I asked myself what I wanted to do to celebrate, I knew what I wanted. to go out enjoy the weather and paint. And not to be a stereotype but skulls are just fun to paint. Not bad for a few hours of work.

Excited to see what my art looks like in a decade. Will I look back fondly or will my work be radically different? Who knows, but here is to finding out.

I got the opportunity to work for Walmart again but this time in Louisiana. Definitely a different color palette for me but I think it came together really well.
