Another year, another great day on the course! ⛳🐾

I had the honor of photographing the Tacos & Tails Golf Fundraiser for the second year in a row, benefiting the amazing animals at the Pepin County Humane Society From great swings to great laughs, it was a day full of good people, good food, and an even better cause. Here is a peek from the day.

Tonight, the Tello family foster Finn is sleeping in his forever home for the first time. 🖤🐾
Some dogs come into our lives for only a season, but leave paw prints on our hearts that last a lifetime.
Seeing him find the love and family he deserves makes it all worthwhile.

Some battles don't leave scars you can see.

Every day, there are people carrying memories, trauma, and survival stories that the world knows nothing about. They show up, keep going, smile when they can, and fight battles in silence.

If you're one of them, I see your strength.

Be gentle with people. You never know what they're carrying.

And if you're still here, still fighting, still choosing tomorrow—you've already won more battles than most will ever know.

In true Southern Fire style… I respond to what I see. 🌲
While nearby land was being cleared, I chose a different path on ours—planting 10 trees in a clearing we had to bring back habitat, shade, and life.
The Earth remembers everything. So I try to leave something worth remembering. 🌳🌲🌎🖤
