So excited! In a stroke of good timing, Fiona Davis attended the Artful Reads book club via Zoom the day this was originally announced. We discussed two of her excellent books and this new one. She was so kind and engaged despite it being such a big career day for her!
Pub day is finally here for SAMANTHA: THE NEXT CHAPTER, the very first novel for adults from American Girl! Thank you to everyone who’s posted, shared, or commented about this wonderful book. It’s been a joy to research and write and I’m so excited to share it with you.
The past two weeks have been a whirlwind of press events for the launch, and tomorrow I’m headed to Chicago to meet readers and sign books. I’ll be talking about the book at Everybody's Coffee, hosted by The Book Cellar on October 14, and at The Book Stall in Winnetka on October 15, and I hope fans in the area will join us for some fun conversation and a great night out.
