Just a little reminder about one of our favorite new things we’re doing this season!
On the last class of each month, we’ll invite ONE parent/guardian per dancer into the studio for the last 5 minutes of class! 👀✨
This is your chance to get a little peek at what your dancer has been learning, the skills they’ve been working on, and all the progress they’ve made throughout the month! We know how special it is to watch your child learn something new, work hard, and grow in confidence. 💕

A few reminders:
🩰 One parent/guardian per dancer
⏰ Please wait until the final 5 minutes to enter
💗 Come ready to cheer them on and celebrate their hard work!
We’re so excited to open our doors a little more and let you see the magic happening inside our classrooms! ✨

Studio Manager Spotlight: Jasmine Mitchell

If you’ve ever wondered who keeps EVERYTHING running at GIG… it’s this powerhouse right here 💪💃

Jasmine was a teacher for 20 years and owned a business for 12. She currently works at Greer Law Office as a paralegal, and previously handled title work as well. On top of that, she runs a home design and décor side business.

At GIG, she does it all. She manages bookkeeping, emails, special events, merch, lobby and studio design, and keeps the entire operation moving smoothly. She has been making costumes for 12 years and now creates beautiful GIG costumes that light up the stage. Her roots with us run deep.

Jasmine danced in the GIG studio as a child! How cool is that?! Then, years later, Miss Zoe fell in love with dance too! Jasmine attended every competition and every recital, supporting, sewing, organizing, and cheering the whole way.
She also lovingly helps care for her parents, somehow balancing it all with grace.

From dancer to dance mom to Studio Manager, Jasmine is truly the heart behind the scenes at GIG. We are beyond grateful for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to our studio family.

✨ Meet Miss Zoe ✨⭐️ Owner & Director

Dance has always been more than just a hobby for me — it’s truly part of who I am. Getting to walk into the studio each day and share that passion with my students is something I’m so grateful for. There is nothing better than watching a dancer finally nail a skill they’ve been working on or seeing their confidence grow right in front of you. Those little moments mean everything to me. 💕

In my classes, I care about more than just clean technique and strong choreography (although we definitely work hard!). I want every dancer to feel encouraged, supported, and proud of themselves. I want them to know it’s okay to mess up, to try again, and to keep pushing. Dance should be challenging, but it should also be joyful.

You can find me with an iced coffee in hand (always), walking my golden retriever Hamilton, taking a workout class, or spending quality time with my friends and family. Those are my people, and they keep me grounded and laughing. 💗

This studio isn’t just a business to me — it’s a community and a family. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by dancers and parents who trust me with something so special. Thank you for being part of this journey with me. It means more than you know.
