Craig DeCamp has won two of the three points races, and four of the five overall in the M.R. Grafix 4 Cylinders, but has just a 20 point lead over the next two racers who are the reigning Track Champion from 2025, and the 2022 Champion.

There is only one FAST 5* Track Champion from 2025 that leads in points thus far in 2026. Danny Kerrick in the NAPA of Addison, Corning, Hornell, and Wellsville Hobby Stocks. He leads Marc Minutolo by as many points as he won the title by last year...two.

There are already more different winners through seven races in 2026 in the Swarthout Recycling & Container Svce Street Stocks than there were during the entire season in 2025. While Jimmy Grant has won four features, it has been in "every other race" fashion with W***y Easling, Glenn Whritenour, and Brett Crawford filling in the gaps.

We have another new points leader in the Knapp & Schlappi Lumber Co. American Racer Sportsman at 82 Main, as Dundee native Brent Ayers takes over the top spot in the race to snag the $2,500 Track Title at the end of August.

Ayers becomes the third different Sportsman points leader in four points races.

From what we have seen so far in 2026 there will be a lot of racers waging war for the Sportsman Championship.
