BEHIND THE MIC W/SPAZMAN: Yo Outlaw Gang! Your favorite stickman is in the house. Coming off of another AWESOME show last Friday, and prepping to do it all over again this Friday!

I have said all along that Colton Coots was going to win a race soon, and he made me look like a genius. Welp, here I go again running my yapper saying that Tommy Collins Jr is due. Five top tens in points races, and nipping at the heels of the fellas running up front. His time is coming soon.

I try not to be a schmoozer but I have to give credit where it is due in giving a huge Spazzy ShoutOut to the track crew.

Looking forward to hanging out in Waterloo this Thursday night at the Finger Lakes Motorsports Festival at what was once called Maple Grove Speedway. I will be wheeling Big Sexy into the joint, and it will be cool to participate alongside tracks and drivers from all over. FREE ADMISSION so the only excuse keeping you from coming is YOU! As a father of four, and Grandfather of five it has been an absolute pleasure to bring our family up at the races. Now we have three Grandkids that race microds in Sodus. Do you have kids that race? Drop a picture of them and their machines in the comments.

Brent Ayers is a quintessential example of leading points without a win while being consistent. Ayers leads the Knapp & Schlappi Lumber Co. American Racer standings for the second week in a row, a rare feat in the Sportsman division this season. He has two P2 finishes, no other podiums, but he has finished outside of the top five just twice in nine races. Ayers has an average finish of 4.6

Blake Parsons is second in Outlaw points by just four with a points win, and four overall podium finishes. P12 and P13 finishes set Parsons back a bit, but he has rebounded and is coming off of two straight P2 points finishes. Parsons has an average finish of 5.7

Dale Welty sits third in Outlaw points, and is seeking his first win of 2026 at Outlaw but has finished outside of the Top Ten just once with three Top Five finishes. Welty has an average finish of 6.6

Josh Nobriga is fourth in Outlaw points, and has four Top Fives through nine races, and has finished outside of the Top Ten just twice thus far in 2026. Nobriga has an average finish of 5.7

Chris Darling of 714 Motorsports rounds out the Top Five in Outlaw points in his first full time points campaign at Outlaw. WildMan has three Top Five finishes, and has finished P3 in two of the last three. Darling has an average finish of 8.6
