SENIOR SHOUTOUT🎓

Today we would like to wish our graduating senior Riley a congratulations! She is a member of our Wednesday Company class.

“I am a graduating senior from Eastern Technical High School, and will be attending Coastal Carolina University in the fall. I was accepted into their honors program and will be majoring in marketing. I have been dancing for over sixteen years and have loved every second of my time here at Jean Kettell. Outside of dance, I play field hockey and lacrosse for my high school. Dance has helped me grow into the person I am today significantly. I want to thank Miss Chrystal for always making me feel like I had a home here at dance. No matter how I was feeling that day, or what was going on in my life, I knew for a couple hours I would be able to have fun and feel at peace. I also want to thank my parents for everything they have done these past sixteen years. Through the countless drives, rehearsals, and recitals, they were always there supporting me and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Today we would like to wish our graduating senior Kaila a congratulations! She is a member of our Wednesday Company class.

“I’ve been dancing for fourteen years at Jean Kettell. Next year I am attending Salisbury University and will be majoring in biology with a concentration in forensics. I am so thankful for all of my teachers and the lifelong friends I have made through the years. I am so grateful for how they have helped me to come out of my shell, and gain confidence both within and outside of dance. Lastly, I would like to thank the studio as a whole for everything they have done for me, and how they have treated me like family!”

SENIOR SHOUTOUT🎓

Today we would like to wish our graduating senior Bridget a congratulations! She is a member of our Wednesday Company class.

Bridget has been dancing since she was three years old, and over time, dance has shaped who she is both as a performer and as a person. It has given her a strong and supportive community on which she knows she can rely.
Bridget will be graduating from Eastern Technical High School and will be attending, the University of Maryland, College Park, where she plans to major in Public Policy. She will also be a part of the Scholars Program for Global Public Health, with hopes of becoming a healthcare lobbyist.
She is incredibly grateful for all of her teachers over the years for their continued support and for helping her build the confidence to persevere through life. She would also like to thank her teachers and dance friends for always encouraging her and making the studio feel like a second home.

Today we would like to wish our graduating senior Madelyn a congratulations! She is a member of our Wednesday Company class.

“I’ve been dancing for fifteen years at Jean Kettell. Next year, I am attending Towson University, majoring in criminal justice. I also will be on the Towson University cheer team. Jean Kettell was not just a dance studio, but a second home. I want to thank all of the teachers who have helped me grow, and all of my friends I’ve made along the way. Most of all I want to thank my parents for making this all possible. I will miss you all.”
