Welcome to “Getting to Know You with Host Paul Pitts” as we pay tribute to Sandy Knight. Sandy is a renowned Southern Gospel singer and songwriter whose music has been performed and popularized by various artists, including the Gold City Quartet. She also was part of her family group the Roy Knight Singers for over 50 years as they traveled the Southeast with their great music. On Saturday, May 30th the Gold City Quartet presented a special day recognizing Sandy and her songs in Taylors, South Carolina. We were there to pay homage and to congratulate her also.

The list of her great songs are many but here is a few that we believe you will recognize:

Welcome to “Getting To Know You with Host Paul Pitts” and his guest the Mid South Boys. This Inspirational Southern Gospel Group was originally established in 1970, are once again taking center stage spreading the message of hope, faith, and love through their souls stirring music. This group is made up of Jonathan Raugh, Mark Marshall, Tracy Thrasher, and Jeff Wilcox. These are guys that have been in the gospel music world for many years and really enjoy what they are doing. Listen as they talk about their music and their history this morning.
