Lakewood Skating Shack We're open for ice skating and pick-up hockey games from December through February. Open for ice skating, from December into February.

No scheduled teams or games. Limited concessions available. We will close in bad weather (snowstorm, blizzard, dangerous windchills) and during thawing conditions.

Mon. - Fri. 6pm-9pm
Sat. Noon - 9pm
Sun. Noon - 5pm
Inclement weather or melting conditions may affect open hours.

The ice is nearly ready. It's still a bit thin on the pleasure rink with rocks barley below the surface in several areas, so I want to build it up a bit more. Likely opening Friday 12/26 this year -- depending on what the sun and warm weather do these next couple of days.
