Father, I come to You with a heart that aches.

Lord, draw near to every person carrying grief today. Hold us close in the places where words cannot reach. Do not let us feel pressured to hurry through sorrow or hide our tears. Be present in the silence, the memories, and the ache that returns unexpectedly.

Gently tend what is wounded within us. Give us grace for this day and quiet hope that does not deny our loss. When our hearts feel crushed, remind us that Your nearness is not absent from our pain.

Father, waiting stretches my faith and reveals how often I want to control what only You can see. Help me trust that Your silence is not absence and Your delay is not denial. Teach me to rest in Your wisdom, holding my plans with open hands and believing that Your timing is always guided by love.
