Meet Marina Fox, the newest addition to the RISE faculty! 💜

Marina joins us as a Stretch Teacher, bringing a unique background in flexibility and movement training to our dancers.

Originally from Russia, Marina is a former rhythmic gymnast and has also served as a judge for the US Trampoline and Tumbling Association. But our dancers may get to know her best by the nickname she’s earned: the “stretch whisperer.” ✨

Marina has a gift for recognizing each dancer’s individual strengths and helping them safely develop greater flexibility, mobility, and control.

We’re so excited for our dancers to have Marina as part of their training at RISE this season.

Each brings exceptional industry experience, impressive professional performance credits, and a passion for developing the next generation of dancers. From touring with major recording artists to performing on NFL sidelines and teaching internationally, they have built outstanding careers—and now our dancers will have the opportunity to learn from professionals who are actively shaping the dance industry.

We are so excited to have Ms. Christiana-teddi at RISE next week for our Theater & Vocal Workshop! 🎭 🎶

Christiana-teddi Rollins is a performing arts educator with experience as a dance teacher, a Theater Teaching Artist for a Conservatory for Teens, and a Youth Development Specialist, as well as in K-12 education.

Ms. Christiana-teddi earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Professional Education from the University of Tampa. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Educational Transformation at Georgetown University.

Ms. Christiana-teddi is passionate about helping performers grow in confidence, technique, and authentic storytelling. She creates engaging, supportive classrooms where students develop strong vocal and acting skills while building the confidence to shine both on and off the stage.
