Guys & Dolls, July 1980. One of my favorite shows! It was the first time I felt like I was part of a really great production. I played a photographer in “Runyonland”, a sewer worker for “Luck Be a Lady”, and a waiter in “The Hot Box Night Club”. I’ll never forget the show-stopper number sung by Barak Stribling; “Sit Down You’re Rockin’ The Boat”. I recognize it for me, as the first time that I was part of something that received a standing ovation from the audience. It was magic!

Hello everyone! I have many fond memories of participating in theater performances in Dubuque in many different venues and I wanted to share what memorabilia and photo’s that I have from my time at Five Flags Theater Company and hope others will share theirs as well. I thought I’d start with a big splash! It’s June 1981 with the world premiere of Great Big River!!!
