Evelyn Alexander Waterpark Operational Update – Monday, June 15

Due to cooler temperatures throughout the day, with highs not expected until this evening in the 70s, Evelyn Alexander Waterpark will NOT open for general operating hours today (11:00 AM–7:00 PM).

At this time, we do plan to proceed with this evening's scheduled activities, including:

🏊 Swim Lessons

Temperatures are expected to be warmer later this evening, making conditions more favorable for these programs.

If any changes become necessary regarding evening activities, we will communicate those updates by 6:00 PM through our social media channels.

🌩️🏊 Sunset Swim Update 🏊🌩️

Boo! Based on the latest projections, thunderstorms are expected to move through the area during our scheduled Sunset Swim hours this evening, with the greatest concern during the 7:00 PM hour.

Rather than keeping everyone guessing and hoping for a break in the weather, we've made the decision to proactively reschedule tonight's Sunset Swim to next Friday, June 19.

✨ Same time. Same place. Same fun! ✨

Join us from 7:00–9:00 PM next Friday for an evening celebration you won't want to miss. The DJ will be back, the food will be hot, and we'll be ready to make a splash together under what we hope will be much friendlier skies.

📣 Important June Announcements from Randolph Park! ☀️🏊🌳

As summer gets into full swing, we have a few important schedule updates to share:

🌅 Our First Summer Sunset Swim is today, June 12!
The Evelyn Alexander Waterpark will close at 6:00 PM for regular operations and will reopen from 7:00–9:00 PM for our special Sunset Swim event. Please note that separate admission is required for the evening swim.

🏊‍♀️ Early Waterpark Closure – Tuesday, June 23
We are excited to host our very first SVSL Swim League meet at the waterpark! Because of this event, the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark will close early at 3:45 PM on Tuesday, June 23.

🛝 Playground Improvement Project – June 18 & 19
The Randolph Park Playground will be closed on Thursday, June 18, and Friday, June 19, while our teams complete repairs and install refreshed playground pieces to make the space even better for our community.

Join us tomorrow, 6/12, from 7:00–9:00 PM for our first Sunset Swim of the season at the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark! 🌅🏊

🎧 The DJ will be live.
🌭 The food will be hot.
🎉 And the fun will be making waves all night long!

⏰ **Pro Tip:** Ticket sales and wristbanding will begin at **6:30 PM** to help everyone get right in the water when the gates officially open at 7:00 PM. Come early, get banded, and maximize your swim time!

Due to low attendance, and a continued overcast forecast for the remainder of the day, the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark will be closing early today, June 9, at 3:00 PM.

Registration for the Pulaski County Clubs Summer 2026 session is winding down, and this is your chance to secure your spot in one of our most popular programs.

Enjoy the waterpark after hours while getting a great low-impact workout that combines fitness, music, and plenty of fun. Whether you're a seasoned participant or trying it for the first time, Aqua Zumba is a fantastic way to stay moving while beating the summer heat.

🚨 WATERPARK UPDATE 🚨

The weather is making an appearance tomorrow, and with temperatures struggling to climb out of the 60s, the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark will be CLOSED on Tuesday, June 2.

The good news? ☀️ We're expecting warmer weather and plan to be back on track with our regular operating hours on Wednesday, June 3 from 11 AM–7 PM!

💦 OPENING DAY IS ON! 💦

We are THRILLED to officially open the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark this Saturday, May 30 and welcome everyone back for another summer season! ☀️

This fake summer weather has definitely been throwing us curveballs, but Saturday is finally looking warm enough to make it happen! To make sure everyone enjoys the warmest part of the day, we will operate on a modified schedule and be OPEN from 1 PM – 6 PM.

And the best part? 🎉 Our Splash 25 celebration features are STILL happening Saturday with DISCOUNTED ADMISSION for EVERYONE — just $3 per person!
