🚨 WATERPARK UPDATE 🚨

The weather is making an appearance tomorrow, and with temperatures struggling to climb out of the 60s, the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark will be CLOSED on Tuesday, June 2.

The good news? ☀️ We're expecting warmer weather and plan to be back on track with our regular operating hours on Wednesday, June 3 from 11 AM–7 PM!

💦 OPENING DAY IS ON! 💦

We are THRILLED to officially open the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark this Saturday, May 30 and welcome everyone back for another summer season! ☀️

This fake summer weather has definitely been throwing us curveballs, but Saturday is finally looking warm enough to make it happen! To make sure everyone enjoys the warmest part of the day, we will operate on a modified schedule and be OPEN from 1 PM – 6 PM.

And the best part? 🎉 Our Splash 25 celebration features are STILL happening Saturday with DISCOUNTED ADMISSION for EVERYONE — just $3 per person!

🚨 REMINDER 🚨

As shared in last week’s public notice, today’s Splash 25 event at the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark has been postponed due to low temperatures and forecasted rain.

The event will be rescheduled for the first operational Saturday of the season. Discounted admission, activities, and celebrations will still be offered on the rescheduled date.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to celebrating the start of summer with you soon! ☀️💦

🚨 IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE 🚨

Due to lower temperatures and a 90% chance of forecasted rain, the waterpark will not open as planned on Sunday, 5/24 and Monday, 5/25.

The Splash 25 event scheduled for Monday, 5/25 will be rescheduled for the first operational Saturday of the season. Discounted admission will still be offered that day, and all of our fun activities and celebrations will continue as planned on the first open Saturday of the season.

Spring Sportsfest will also be rescheduled for the first operational Saturday of the season.

We are in close communication with the National Weather Service to monitor the much lower than usual temperatures forecasted for the following weekend, 5/30 and 5/31, and will make a decision regarding opening no later than Friday, 5/29.

We anxiously await the opportunity to open and serve you. We’re living for the day we see you at the waterpark!

Fall temps are sneaking in, and while refreshing, they’re not exactly what we hoped for during our last weekend of the season! 🍂☀️

❌ CLOSED – With temps staying in the low 70s, we’ll be below our operational threshold.

We’ve had such a fun and splash-filled summer at Evelyn Alexander Waterpark! 🏖️ Thank you to all our Pulaski County families and visitors for making it such a great season.

Just a reminder — we’ve now transitioned to weekend-only operations as our Pulaski County families head back to school this week. 📚✏️

📅 Weekend Hours:
✅ Saturdays: 11 AM – 7 PM
✅ Sundays: 1 PM – 6 PM

📌 Final day of seasonal operations: Sunday, August 31st — but keep an eye out for some surprise splash opportunities in September! 👀💦
