☺️There are probably few people in our community that haven't had the pleasure of meeting and knowing Mrs. Kay Hughes. Last night we celebrated her retirement from Dublin-Laurens County Recreation Authority. Mrs. Kay has been with DLCRA for 46 years! She has always been the same friendly, sweet, dedicated, hardworking person from day 1 to the day she retired!
