Meet Kulfi 🐾 — happy at heart, full of mischief, and always the most fun companion to have around. He’s a natural at posing for the camera, but his true talent is chasing squirrels across the yard like it’s his full-time job. šŸŒæšŸ˜‚

Our little bundle of puppy love turns 5 this June, and every day with him is a reminder of how much humans can learn from pets — living in the moment, loving unconditionally, finding joy in the simplest things, and greeting each day with excitement.

Wishing everyone a beautiful, joy-filled weekend from me and Kulfi. šŸ’›

One of the most meaningful parts of the exhibition at One Art Space in New York was not just the art on view, but the conversations that naturally formed around it. The space became a meeting point where works — including mine and those of others — opened up dialogue, bringing together stories, memories, emotions, curiosity, and shared human experience.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who paused, engaged, and contributed to those exchanges. There were moments of inspiration, reflection, and joy — each one adding to the quiet richness of the experience and reminding me of the deeper purpose of sharing and creating art.

Thankful for the people, the connections, and the collective energy that made this journey so memorable. ✨ A special thanks to Grant Milne for making this possible! šŸ’«āœØ

Backyard miniatures created live during my Tri-Valley Studio Tour demo sessions—right there, in the moment. I made four of these during the event.

One went to a raffle winner, a young girl who ran straight from swim class just to pick it up—pure joy in that moment.

Art, made and shared in real time.

From the layered textures of alcohol inks to the quiet transparency of watercolors, my Livermore Hills series from Nature’s Rhythm became a beautiful challenge in translation — recreating the same rolling hills through two very different mediums within 30 minutes.ļæ½Nature reminds me that every moment and medium carries its own rhythm and quiet energy.

Art in Motionļæ½A Saree Story in Times Square

Fashion is art in motion.
ļæ½This year’s Met Gala theme made me reflect on how deeply art can live beyond the canvas — flowing into fabric, movement, and identity.
For this moment in Times Square, I wore my Grounding Nature artwork transformed into a 6-yard georgette satin saree through a technical repeat process, where every detail of the original painting was carefully reimagined to flow seamlessly as wearable art. What moved me most was how the saree still carried the soul, texture, and emotion of the original piece — almost as if the painting itself had come alive.

As the Times Square lights paused at red, I walked through the zebra crossing wrapped in my art while these moments were captured in real time — a reminder that creativity can show up anywhere when we allow ourselves to carry it boldly and authentically. ✨

From canvas… to print… to 6 yards of flowing fabric… to movement.
ļæ½Art doesn’t always stay framed on a wall. Sometimes it wraps around us, travels with us, and becomes part of our story.

Closing this reel with the original artwork beside me felt deeply full circle — a reminder that creativity can evolve endlessly while staying rooted in its essence. ✨

Grateful to One Art Space on 23 Warren Street, New York, and Artist Talk Magazine for continuing to support artists and creative storytelling. šŸ™šŸ’œ

12 minutes of mindfulness from this morning—inspired from Kauai memories! šŸ˜

Looking toward the Garden Island of Kauai—lush, colorful, and deeply serene. (More to come :))

Standing before the sacred 700 pound, 3 feet tall, crystal quartz Spatika Shiva Lingam in Iraivan Temple, I could feel subtle vibrations and a quiet, hidden beauty.

Ending one year and welcoming another with Sanskrit chants and softly lit lamps, surrounded by waterfalls and the rudraksha forest, my heart felt full.

Grateful for this rare grace—powerful, peaceful, and humbling.
