“At the direction of the local and state health officials, as well as in light of recent developments today, it is with a heavy heart that we must postpone and reschedule the inaugural Campfire Gathering scheduled to take place on March 16 through March 18.


At this time, the new date for the inaugural annual event has yet to be determined, but we are committed to doing whatever we can to bring this very special experience to life for our fans! All tickets for the March event will be honored for the soon-to-be-announced rescheduled dates. For any current ticket-buyers unable to attend the rescheduled event, refunds will be offered once the new dates have been shared. While we are extremely saddened by today’s news, the health, well-being, and safety of our fans, artists, and employees is of paramount importance. We now encourage everyone to follow the guidelines and various preventive measures put forth by local and national health authorities.


We are all living through unprecedented circumstances and our hearts go out to those who have been directly affected by the recent events including the countless families and local businesses that are facing, or will soon face, financial hardships due to the widespread interruptions across almost all industries. We empathize with what you are facing at this moment and hope that decisions like these, as tough as they might be, will positively contribute to a safer and healthier community today as well as lessen the scope of the challenges that lie ahead.


While we would be remiss not to acknowledge the countless hours of hard work and creative energy that our team, sponsors, and talent dedicated to creating a truly special and unique event, we would also like to extend our appreciation to you, our Campfire community, for your ongoing support and understanding. We are working around the clock to reschedule the event and we hope to share our new plans with you all very soon.

Campfire Gathering’s culinary lineup will feature a wide variety of food and beverage options with an emphasis on Texas-inspired dishes and classic camp favorites. Featuring a menu designed by Camp Lucy’s very own Executive Chef, Joe Gentempo, Campfire Gathering will offer delectable passed bites, mouthwatering grill options, tasty late-night snacks, and more—all of which will be complimentary to attendees throughout the event. The festival’s home at Camp Lucy is also home to the award-winning Tillie's, which will be open during their usual business hours to guests should they opt to dine-in. 🍳 .
