Action is a hot-headed, volatile member of the Jets street gang in West Side Story. He is extremely brash and always ready to fight, borrowing dramatic traits from Tybalt in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. "Easy Action!"

Riff is the co-founder and leader of the gang known as the Jets in West Side Story. He started the Jets with his best friend, Tony. Riff tries to be the realist when Tony is being idealistic, but in reality he is rather immature with little idea of how the real world works. Riff declares a winner-takes-all rumble against the Sharks, specifically challenging Bernardo.

Chino is a major supporting character in the classic musical West Side Story. He is a reserved member of the Puerto Rican steet gang, the Sharks. Maria’s family and her brother Bernardo intend for Chino to marry Maria when she first arrives in New York. Maria rejects Chino's romantic interest after falling in love with Tony, a former member of the rival Jets.
