This class is for you if you feel comfortable in a beginner class and want to learn more. We will be practicing and conditioning for some higher level moves. It is acceptable for students who don’t feel quite intermediate to join this class.

Prerequisite: able to invert and hold a pose

🔹no heels are needed, not a dance class
🔹pole tricks only, shorts are required
🔹1-2 people per pole
