So in my spare time I decided to renovate the Willow Creek Library into a Bed and Breakfast.
Someone had suggested during one of my streams to make a hotel lot. There is CC which allows you to operate it as a hotel but I don't use CC... yet.
I'm actually kind of proud of this build and quite fond of it. It's a little different than my usual builds. I kept all of the original architecture and added to it much like a shell challenge. Let me take you on a tour!

There's the behind the scenes of operating a bed and breakfast: staff room, pantry, laundry, and full kitchen. There are 2 budget rooms, 5 standard rooms, a Junior Suite with private balcony and sitting area. Best yet is a penthouse suite with eat-in kitchen, spa bathroom, and 270° private balcony with town and water views. And what's a bed and breakfast without the breakfast? An intimate dining room with breakfast buffet is on the first floor. Not pictured is a patio outside with a bar & hot tub.
I had a lot of fun with this build and I hope you guys enjoy it! There were definitely some aspects that were kind of tricky with the existing space. It's up on the gallery under Don't forget to tag us if you download it and play with it. Let me know what you think!
