SLMC Bowling League

SLMC Bowling League SLMC (South Louisiana Mass Confusion) bowling league in Houma, La. League bowls on Wednesday nights starting at 7PM. It is a USBC sanction winter league.

The first night of bowling starts the first Wednesday after Labor Day. League runs for 32 weeks.

Tonight, Wednesday at 7 PM in the Creole Lanes meeting room we have our organization meeting. We will be setting our calendar for this year's winter league and vote for officers. If you like to join the league, please have your roster of your team if you have not turn one in. If you don't have a team, please attend as there are some teams that may need another bowler for their team. Teams line up is for 4 bowlers and up to 7 on the roster. This is an alternate and not an open sub league. League will run for 32 weeks starting September 7th.

I have talked to Creole Lanes management and center does have some minor damage from the storm. They couldn't give a timeline of when the center will reopen. If the reopening happens in mid December, then we would probably wait to January to start a 16 week league. I think we will all need a little bowling to relieve the stress of trying to put our lives back to normal.
