# # # # Owner and Director: Eli Thomas
Eli Thomas is a seasoned dance instructor, choreographer, and studio owner with over 20 years of experience in the dance industry. With a passion for dance ignited at a young age, Eli's journey began on the competition and convention circuit, where he trained under some of the industry's leading professionals. His dedication and talent led to numerous regional and national accolades, including mini first overall wins and coveted national titles.
Eli's commitment to excellence extended beyond performance as he pursued further education in acrobatics and contortion, earning certifications in both disciplines. Believing in the importance of a strong technical foundation, Eli emphasizes technique in his teaching approach.
In 2021, Eli's choreographic talent was recognized with over 15 nominations for Choreographer of the Year by the Star Dance Alliance. His passion for teaching children of all ages shines through in his diverse repertoire of dance styles, including jazz, acro, lyrical, and contemporary.
For the past six years, Eli has served as the proud owner of Alpha Dance and Company, where he has cherished every moment of nurturing young talent and fostering a supportive dance community. In 2022, Eli expanded his impact as a faculty member with conventions in the Carolinas.
When he's not in the studio, Eli can be found traveling during competition prep season, sharing his expertise and choreographing for various studios across the state. With a focus on inspiring the next generation of dancers, Eli remains dedicated to his passion for dance education and mentoring aspiring artists.

Kennedy Nichols has been dancing since infancy and has been a cornerstone of Alpha Dance and Company since its inception. As one of our lead instructors and assistant directors, Kennedy's passion and dedication shine through in every class she teaches.
Trained under some of the industry's leading professionals, Kennedy's focus on technique and contemporary dance has made her an invaluable asset to our team. She has assisted renowned industry experts and serves as the technique instructor for Limestone University's dance team.
Kennedy's love for dance extends beyond the studio as she travels throughout the Carolinas, sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for dance with students of all ages. Her commitment to nurturing and developing dancers' skills makes her an inspiring mentor and beloved teacher at Alpha Dance and Company.

Savanna Marshall is the heartbeat of Alpha Dance and Company, serving as our office manager and financial advisor. With a wealth of experience as a seasoned dance mom, Savanna understands both the business and client sides of the dance world.

Certified in preschool dance, Allison looks forward to helping your preschoolers grow and develop a love for dance. Her extensive experience and nurturing approach make her an invaluable asset to our team and a beloved teacher for our youngest dancers.

Kenzie Marshall is in her senior year of dance and is a direct product of Alpha Dance and Company. We take pride in training the next generation of dancers and instructors for the Upstate and beyond. Kenzie has an unmatched ability for connecting and teaching children. She is beyond her years, and we are so proud of her. Kenzie looks forward to helping our dancers grow and develop their skills with her unique blend of talent and passion.
