~Serpentine~

A recent custom that demanded I learn quite a bit! This one is inspired by our slithery friends as requested by .ann19 . The centerpiece, a custom snake inspired removable silver pendant featuring moss agate and abalone by my partner in shine .bloom.designs . Thank you .ann19 for the opportunity to get even more intentional with my work and learn what was necessary to pull this one together!

~Eyes Up Here~

This wearable artwork is a collaborative effort between .nyc , , and yours truly. The idea for this work came to be during a stroll through what was my favorite neighborhood jewelry boutique, , a few months ago. I’d had the thought bubbling to update the “third eye” rivet detail I’d been placing on my bandanas with something a bit more ornate. When I stumbled upon Eyeba’s beautifully intriguing work I thought “what better to represent a third eye than an actual eye?”. So, I reached out to try my luck with the idea. Amanda of .nyc was just as excited about the idea as I was! When looking through her site for inspiration I noticed a piece that was made in collaboration with the very talented handmade jeweler AnaÏs. Together we cam up with a pendant that can be worn traditionally on a necklace or displayed on the bandana. The bandana itself, My first work using an organic cotton and h**p blend fabric, a fabric that allowed me a few new creative freedoms! one being the organic abstract lattice details featured on the piece. This bandana is a 1 of 1 so as always, reach out to claim it if you Love it!

~Take Life By The Horns~

This piece was inspired by my trip to Denver last year. While in Denver what stuck out to me most was the amount of authentic rustic interior decoration I saw in the shops and spaces in the area. In particular the wood, metal, fur, skulls and leather. One of my favorite go to decorations there was the intricately carved Ram skulls I saw up on the walls which gave me the idea for the line-work on this piece. Luckily enough, a few days before my trip my dad had given me an unworn Marlboro denim jacket with a leather collar that he had found. A perfect match for the vibe I was going for!

This piece will be available for $447 for the next seven days. The piece will then be listed closer to what it’s worth on the Oxblood site (given that it took over 30 hours to complete). Willing to offer a 2-3 payment plan. Claim it if you Love it!

~Leafy Greens~

Back at it with my partner in magic .bloom.designs ! This one… Elegant is the word that comes to mind. It features a simple yet bold centerpiece with a malachite stone giving it a pop of green. For the line-work I took inspiration from good ole Mother Nature. The lines flow through the piece forming leaves and their veins. Big thanks to for giving us an other opportunity to create such a fun piece! Enjoy!

This past weekend, this beautiful piece had some magic blended into her threads during my and trip to . To keep this from getting way longer than it needs to… if you love music, great people, wigglin’ and a healthy dose of nature, there’s nothing like it out there! We found a home in this place. Looking forward to being back on the farm soon!

~The Oracle of Bass~

This piece was a commissioned custom collaboration between and our great friend and previous collaborator .bloom.designs. This time around we did not shy away from taking up space with the centerpiece which features a hand crafted third eye made from sterling silver and abalone! The abalone gave off the psychedelic vibe we associate with bass music and the piece as a whole definitely gives off a mystical vibe so we felt it was only right to name it accordingly!

Thank you so much for having us put our minds together for you . We are SOOOO happy with the turn out! Your excitement throughout the process was super motivating too!

~5 Years of Oxblood Creations - Giveaway~

I am so grateful for all the lessons that sticking with this creative endeavor has taught me! It’s taught me to be more resilient, it’s made me more detached from expectation, it’s pushed me to reach out to other creatives, all to keep this thing going in a way that feels authentic to me! I look forward to continuing to grow along with this creative project and possibly others!

~Party Animal - The Zebra~

I warned you this next piece would be a beast! The first entry in the “party animal” series, a category where I will take inspiration from the wild and make it something you can get down in! This piece in particular was actually inspired by one of the animal prints in fashion that usually falls under CHEESY for me, so I took it upon myself to make it something I enjoy. A textured take on the classic Zebra print. How’d I do?

~The Ivory Enchantment~

A creative entanglement between and .bloom.designs . This special 1of1 piece features a handcrafted sterling silver and faceted labradorite gemstone third eye that reflects perfectly in the light producing colors ranging from green, to blue and yellow. The piece is secured onto a beautiful mess of abstract embroidered line-work with an interpretation we’ll leave up to the eye of the beholder 👁️✨

~Rave Royalty - The Crown *Revisited*~

Last year I released my first Bandana because it was only a matter of time. I had been wearing them as part of my “rave uniform” for years and had made many observations and adjustments to optimize what I could wear on the dancefloor that would not only look great but be functional and not get in the way of the wiggles! In this edition of The Crown I focused more on making the design fit more head shapes and sizes beautifully by reverse engineering its placement and now offering 2 sizes (S/M & M/L)! I am STOKED with how this piece turned out and have been on a bandana kick lately so if this particular one doesn’t SING to you, keep an eye out! My goal this year is to see a few more squiggles on my fellow wigglers! Hope you enjoy my efforts to realize this!
