We have all had times where we have felt low and powerless. This workshop will encourage the empowerment of the self by making space to create your own Empowerment Chant/Mantra/Poem. Add the chant to your spiritual practice and build confidence in yourself every time you recite. So bring your journal and favorite pen. There will also be a Reiki share and we will ground with sound healing. Come comfortably and leave empowered. There's a suggested sliding scale offering of $5-$30. Use eventbrite link for tickets
