We have heard from several of you, but there are still a few teams from last season that we have not heard from. Please let us know ASAP if you are wanting to be a league bowler this year. Teams from last year have first right, but we do have a few new teams that would like to join the fun!!!
Attention League Bowlers...
At this time we are uncertain of exactly what is going to happen with Strikers! As many of you know, the automatic scoring system went down last winter, and we have opted not to replace it at this time. We had to cut our 2019/2020 leagues short due to Covid-19 and have not yet re-opened.
We have had several people interested in bowling and are ok with not having the automatic scoring. We are looking into the possibility of having a shortened league season this year beginning around November 1st for 20 weeks instead of 28 weeks. Based on the teams we lost last year and possibly not having teams bowl this year due to Covid we are considering having mixed leagues on Monday and Wednesday evenings only starting at 7pm.
If your team is interested in bowling please let us know ASAP so we can get an idea of what we have and know how to move forward. On league nights we will only allow league bowlers in the facility with a limited food menu. This will help us maintain social distancing and keep the number of people at a minimum.
Again, please let us know ASAP if you have a team interested. As in the past prior league teams have first priority.
Also, we have received the refund for the entry fees for the Springfield tournament. Some you have already received it if I have seen you. We also have the league payouts from last season for Sunday Mixed and Strikers! Wednesday leagues. I have not yet received the payback for the Thursday Mixed League....Any questions please feel free to call Mike....Thank you!!!
