"Christmastime in Darien," a Christmas song penned in 1970, is a cherished tradition in my hometown.

For those of us who attended local schools, it's a nostalgic classic that's often performed at community events, including the town tree lighting.

I had the privilege of producing a version with the Lakeview Junior High Choir, led by Jennifer Rickert, which was highlighted in an article by Center Cass District.
