What an amazing weekend we had last weekend at MWCGC championships!! The team took 4th and we had such a fun (yet bittersweet) time performing “After the Petals Fall” for the very last time. This show will hold a special place in our hearts for a long time to come. 🩷

It was fulfilling on so many levels to feel and witness the level of growth this team experienced as a whole over the last few months. Kudos to this amazing team and an extra special congrats goes out to senior member, Kathy Toledano Vazquez, on being awarded with a MWCGC scholarship!

Come check out the team’s Winter Guard Showcase this Thursday, March 26th at 7:30pm in the Purple Gym at DGN! It’s free for all to attend! The team’s show “After the Petals Fall” is now in its final week of performances - don’t miss your chance to see this year’s program at Thursday’s showcase or come cheer on the guard in their prelims run at championships this Saturday at Victor J. Andrew High School at 9:56am. 🌸

We had so much fun getting to debut this season’s show, “ After the Petals Fall”, at today’s Steperettes contest at Naperville North HS! And placing 1st in our round was the cherry [blossom] on top! 😊🌸
