Post 80 bingo American Legion Post 80 sponsors Bingo Night every Tuesday and participation is open to the public. Come join us for an evening of fun!

American Legion Post 80 - Downers Grove, IL

Veterans Continuing to Serve - We are the men and women who served honorably in the United States Armed Forces.
* Cares for veterans in hospitals, nursing homes and the Midwest Shelter for Veterans through Post’s “Gifts for Yanks” program.
* Generously donates funds to local charities that assist veterans in need.
* Provides wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen

tanks and similar aids to those veterans unable to provide for themselves.
* Supports the annual Honor Flight and other Veteran causes. Local Youth Programs
* American Legion Oratorical Contest
* Boy Scout Troop and Cub Scout Packs
* Boys state
* Downers Grove Youth Baseball
* Donates thousands of dollars annually for scholarships to Downers Grove area students. Downers Grove Community
* Organizes the local Memorial Day ceremonies.
* Leads the 4th of July Independence Day Parade.
* Conducts the Veterans Day formalities.
