Happy New Year to everyone. We first want to start with the positive. We want to say thank you once again for another wonderful year. We could not do this without you. As 2026 begins so do new and exciting projects. We hope to continue to bring you new things and improve on the old. So thankful for each and everyone of you.

Now to the little bit of negative. Unfortunately, we are starting this year off with some negative feedback from a customer from 3-4 years ago that we have tried to make happy but no matter what l, we fail. I know 99% of our customer base understands that we are a very small operation and we do everything we can to be perfect, but guess what? We aren’t. I especially make more mistakes every week and trust me when I say I hate making mistakes. Please be patient and if I forget to write or call you back. Please feel free to always reach back out to me. Every year I try to implant new ways to do better.

That being said. I am here to ask a favor. If we have done work for you in the past. We would love for you to leave us some positive feedback. Either here on Facebook or google or yelp. Reviews are one of the keys that has continue to help us grow.

We hope everyone is doing well and want to take this time to thank everyone for all that you do to help support this business.

With that being said. We wanted to let our wonderful customers know that we are currently experiencing delays on some but not all of our parts due to slower processing times at customs. We are doing everything we can to get orders done as quickly as possible but unfortunately this is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do until our parts are in our hands.

We understand that this is frustrating to some but please understand it’s even more frustrating to us. We do not want to let anyone down but sometimes things are out of our control. 99% of of you are so wonderful and understanding but I want to say I will not tolerate being yelled at because of this. So please remember we are not magicians.

We really appreciate your patience during this trying time and we promise to get all orders completed as quickly as possible.

One last thing. We will have something exciting to share with everyone once things get back in order as well. Can’t wait to show you all.
