Happy Friday! 💙 Some thoughts for today: Remember to enjoy the process, not just the outcome. Another words, enjoy the rehearsal, not just the show!

This is something I have to continually remind myself. I’m totally guilty of this! I often think “well if I could just get onstage” or, a life example, “well I’ll finally be happy when…” What happened to enjoying the in-between? Why can’t we be happy WHILE we are working towards our goal?

Try enjoying barre work. Try enjoying taking your audition photos. Try enjoying running errands! Or doing any mundane task you have to do! Try being happy RIGHT where you are today, no matter where that is. Because remember, the “performance” is over before you know it… and then you have to immediately work toward the next one!

The process is LONGER than the outcome. So start enjoying it TODAY! Don’t wait to be happy! Enjoy working towards your goals.
