Today is Aronia berry harvest day on the grounds surrounding the Dover Traffic Spiral.
Blending these wicked tart berries with other fruits n berries are helpful in keeping my respiratory system healthy during the change of season from summer to fall to winter. I don’t know about you, but I find it hard to drive while sneezing and coughing. Beep beep 🌀🚗🤧
