The Jenna Experience THE JENNA EXPERIENCE. More than just a workout, it’s an experience ✨🪩 Having the ability to move one's body is a privilege that should be celebrated.

The belief at THE JENNA EXPERIENCE is that dance, one of the best forms of self-expression and exercise, should be accessible to everyone. Working out should never be mundane, it should always be an experience for the body, mind and soul. Each 60 minute heart bursting class is completely unique with Jenna's original choreography. All movements are specifically designed to elicit joy and plenty of SWEAT! Participants can expect to challenge their bodies, stimulate their minds, and experience a deep shift in vibration. The class curriculum covers different styles of dance including hip hop, jazz and musical theater.

my favorite:

reborn.

yes, we yell it together.
yes, it feels a little cult-like.
and yes, that’s kind of the point. 😂

because this class has never been just about the movement.

it’s about shaking off whatever you walked in carrying.
it’s about opening your chest, lifting your head, taking up space and reminding yourself that you are still here.

and then, together, we chant:

REBORN.

one last breath.
one last release.
one last big, ridiculous, cathartic moment before we walk back out into the world.

you came in as you were.
you leave a little lighter.
a little brighter.
a little more you.

that’s the culture here.
we move together. we yell together. we laugh together. we become reborn together. 💚🧚🏻‍♀️

welcome to the cult.

(thank you to logan 🫶 for the idea to create this post!)

23 women, one room and lots of whimsy 🧚🏻‍♀️

there’s something so special about watching a room full of women laugh and dance and let go. tonight felt like one of those little moments you wish you could bottle up and keep forever.
so grateful for this community and the magic we make together. 🔮

some of the most beautiful friendships begin right here on the dance floor. i love watching people walk into class as strangers and leave with new connections, new memories, and sometimes lifelong friends. getting to watch those connections grow is one of my favorite parts of what we do. 🧚🏻‍♀️
