SWEAT! Participants can expect to challenge their bodies, stimulate their minds, and experience a deep shift in vibration. The class curriculum covers different styles of dance including hip hop, jazz and musical theater.

some of the most beautiful friendships begin right here on the dance floor. i love watching people walk into class as strangers and leave with new connections, new memories, and sometimes lifelong friends. getting to watch those connections grow is one of my favorite parts of what we do. 🧚🏻‍♀️

most first dances celebrate the start of a marriage. this one celebrated the start of a family. 🤍

i had the honor of choreographing a dance that included not only the bride and groom, but their children too. watching them share this moment together on the dance floor was such a beautiful reminder that love grows in so many different ways. congratulations to leah, sam and the whole fam!

reading these words from lorella and james truly made my day. knowing that what started as dance lessons became one of their favorite parts of wedding planning is exactly why i do what i do.

my goal has never been just to teach steps. it’s to help couples feel confident, connected, and excited every time they walk into the studio so that when their wedding day arrives, they can simply enjoy the moment together.

the lift got the biggest reaction of the night, and watching the entire room erupt was such a fun reminder that those little “one more time” moments in the studio are worth it.
