Happy 4th of July from Possum Holler!

Here at Possum Holler, we know a thing or two about hard work, strong roots, and loving this country. As America turns 250, we’re thankful for the good Lord above, the freedom beneath our boots, and the simple blessings of family, friends, and front porch sunsets.

Here’s to keeping traditions alive, honoring those who paved the way, and staying proud of the red, white, and blue!

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Possum Holler!

Today we celebrate the dads, granddads, and father figures who teach us the value of hard work, family traditions, and making memories that last a lifetime.

We are especially grateful for the fathers in our own family whose dedication and service helped shape the farm we call home. Their legacy continues through every season, every gathering, and every smile shared at Possum Holler.

Wishing all the amazing dads a day filled with love, laughter, and time spent with those who matter most. Happy Father’s Day! 🌾🚜

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Memorial Day is especially meaningful to our family at Possum Holler as we proudly remember and honor our very own family members who served our country with courage and dedication. We are forever grateful for the sacrifices made by so many to protect the freedoms we enjoy each day. 🇺🇸

🐝🌼 World Bee Day 2026

“Bee together for people and the planet.” 🌍💛

At Five Notch Ridge, we celebrate the tiny pollinators that make a BIG impact from the food we grow to the ecosystems we protect.

Bees are essential to a healthy planet, and they need our support now more than ever. 🐝

That’s why we’re committed to protecting pollinator habitats and supporting sustainable, bee‑friendly practices.

✨ Plant flowers
✨ Support local beekeepers
✨ Spread the word

Unfortunately, our hives were compromised over the winter, but our new bee friends are working hard and already buzzing with promise. 🍯💪
Check back with us later this fall for honey updates, and come visit us Possum Holler !

Because when bees thrive, we all thrive. 🌱
