Filming is underway in Douglas County at Boundary Waters' Aquatic Center for the Netflix show All the Sinner's Bleed. It looks like the show will be an adaptation of the crime thriller novel by S. A. Cosby. The release date hasn't been set yet, but we will keep you posted. In the meantime, check out the novel by S. A. Cosby to get a head start on the New York Times bestselling novel.

Need a movie suggestion? Check out Trial by Fire starring Jack O'Connell and Laura Dern. In the movie, the courtroom scenes were filmed in Douglas County.

Released in 2018, this movie is a biographical drama detailing the true story of Cameron Todd Willingham (Jack O'Connell), a Texas man convicted of murdering his three daughters by arson in 1991. While on death row, he maintains his innocence, while a playwright, Elizabeth Gilbert (Laura Dern), fights to uncover scientific evidence proving the fire was accidental.
